Responsibilities

As a sales head, the candidate will be responsible to generate new business into the company

while managing and building the sales team.

● Communication skills to provide leadership to a team and support customers.

● Lead a customer through the sales process, determining needs, and closing the sale.

● Should have business knowledge to create realistic sales projections and objectives for the

team.

● Should be able to liaise with other departments and people within the organization.

● Should manage a complete sales team and manage new business growth.

● Should manage and give visibility to the sales pipeline at every stage of development.

● Should be able to manage the process to reach the targets of the team.

● Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention.

● Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction

and revenue growth.
