Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. Ideal candidates will possess 4 to 6 years of experience in design, with a keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of print and digital media. Our design team is a crucial asset to our full-time and part-time roles, helping create engaging marketing materials that speak to diverse audiences. Experience in creating brochure design and logo design is essential for this role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Mandatory skill).
• Extensive experience in print design, particularly within the corporate sector (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in creating brochure design and logo design.
• Expertise in developing brand identity solutions, maintaining brand guidelines consistently (Mandatory skill).
• Strong typography skills with the ability to create visually appealing font pairings in brochures and other print materials.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex visual ideas through superior visual communication skills.
• Skilled in digital design, with experience creating assets for both digital and print media applications.
• Illustration skills to enhance brochure layouts, adding creative elements that captivate the audience.
• Understanding of user experience design to ensure brochures are intuitive and accessible to all users.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project objectives and requirements for brochure design.
• Conceptualize and create visually compelling brochures and print materials that align with brand standards.
• Ensure all designs are print-ready and meet the technical specifications required by printing partners.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs effectively communicate marketing messages and brand values.
• Incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders to refine and improve design outputs based on client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest visual design technologies, trends, and tools to keep the company's designs fresh and competitive.
• Maintain organized files and document all design processes for consistent reproduction and future reference.
• Participation in brainstorming and ideation sessions to contribute creative ideas and innovative design solutions.
