Responsibility:
1. Assisting agents with their calls.
2. Assist in formulation of target for individual as well as the team.
3. Pitching the clients with proper strategy.
4. Closing the deal and achieving the set target of the deal.
5. Measure performance with key metrics such as call abandonment, calls waiting etc.
6. Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed
7. Devise strategies to optimize procedures and keep agents motivated
8. Dealing with the international clients
Skills & Qualification:
1. Proficient in English
2. Proven experience as a On-Call Supervisor in a Website & Digital Marketing Sales Process
3. Outstanding Communication, Organizational & leadership skills
4. Attention to details
5. Good Technical knowledge of Websites in order to pitch the client
6. Proficient in dealing with international clients
Preferred Experience: 4years
Relevant Experience: 3years
Job Location: Kolkata
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Saturdays and Sundays are fixed off
Timings: 8:30PM- 6:30AM (Night Shift)
Salary: Upto 5LPA (Depends on years of experience)
