Roles and Responsibilities:
Should attend inbound/outbound calls/contact new client and provide appropriate information about our service.
Promoting our service to international clients.
Develop strong customer relationships with Current and Potential Clients.
Understand the needs of the prospects and guide accordingly.
Answer the questions and concern of new and existing clients.
Eligibility criteria:
H.s/Graduate/post graduate can apply.
Both Fresher’s and experienced candidate can apply.
Candidate having fluent and Excellent English communication skill will be eligible (Both verbal and written).
Should be flexible in working night shift.
Should be flexible with work from office.
