Role Overview:
As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full recruiting lifecycle and implementing effective recruitment strategies to acquire top IT talent. You will be responsible for overseeing both IT and Non-IT recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiations and pre-onboarding management. Your expertise in IT recruiting will be crucial in maintaining a robust talent pipeline and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with current industry trends.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and direct headhunting.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient hiring processes.
• Manage offer negotiations and facilitate smooth pre-onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions.
• Maintain a proactive approach to networking and building candidate relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT recruiting, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of technical aspects related to IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of current trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
Preferred Skills:
• Certification in Recruiting or Human Resources Management is a plus.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
