Role Overview:
The VP/Director of Sales at Borek Solutions Group will spearhead sales and marketing efforts, drive revenue growth, and ensure the alignment of strategies and operations across the organization. This role involves leading teams, optimizing sales processes, and collaborating with other functions to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Managing Director to formulate and communicate business growth strategies
• Identify new market opportunities and set long-term objectives.
• Establish and refine processes that drive revenue generation. • Implement and oversee sales tactics and initiatives.
• Standardize processes to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Foster customer loyalty and retention through effective management of the customer experience.
• Align sales and marketing strategies to maximize return on marketing investments.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to optimize revenue generation efforts.
• Identify target markets and develop services/products to meet their needs.
• Drive service/product innovation and market expansion.
• Develop and adjust pricing strategies to optimize revenue and market penetration.
• Analyze competitive pricing and market trends.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate revenue streams.
• Adjust strategies based on performance data and market conditions.
• Forecast revenue generation and develop actionable plans to meet targets.
• Conduct strategic planning and set performance metrics.
• Manage existing sales channels and explore new ones.
• Develop partnerships and distribution strategies to enhance market reach.

Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. Demonstrates a strong focus on performance and outcomes.
Global Market Awareness:
Deep understanding of international markets, including the EU, UK, NA, and APAC regions. Experience in navigating diverse market dynamics.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams. Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Data-Driven:
Proficient in using data to drive decision-making and strategic planning. Experience in leveraging analytics to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
Qualification:
• Master’s in Business Administration, Masters in International Business, PG in Business Administration with Specialization in:

▪ International Business
International Experience:
• At least 5-7 years of experience in international markets, including business development, attending conferences, and participating in seminars.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on experience, demonstrating an ability to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency across global markets.
