Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with over 8 years of experience in DevOps, ideally coming from a background in Retail, IT, or E-commerce. The perfect candidate will have deep expertise in key application and web technologies, including IBM WebSphere Application Server, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Nginx.

Requirements:

• Thorough understanding of both relational databases (RDBMS) and non-relational databases(NoSQL).
• Expertise in popular application and web technologies, such as IBM Websphere Application Server, Spring Boot, NodeJs, and Nginx.
• Comprehensive knowledge of E-commerce platforms, from order capture to processing
• Understanding of complex architectures, including their design and implementation
• Proficiency in DevOps workflows, including legacy and container-based deployments with zero downtime.
• Good understanding of message brokers and streaming services, such as MQ and Kafka.
•  Expertise in both on-premises and cloud deployments, specifically GCP and Azure Advanced knowledge of Linux operating systems.
•   Quick debugging skills with the ability to provide both quick fixes and long-term solutions.
• Ability to understand team requirements and recommend the best stack accordingly.
• Willingness to upgrade skills continuously and adapt to new technologies and ready to take on new challenges.
