- Strong proficiency in Java programming (Mandatory skill)
- Java 8, Data Structures, Algorithms, SQL - Mandatory
- Minimum 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience in software development
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions
- Proven expertise in software development, including design, implementation, and debugging
- Strong understanding of algorithm design and data structures
- Experience with object-oriented design principles
- Knowledge of database management systems and data modeling techniques
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain high-quality Java-based software solutions
- Analyze user requirements to design and implement system features and functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements, milestones, and deliverables
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to keep our solutions innovative and competitive
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed
