Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager who excels in managing delivery within major IT consulting companies and handling multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT consulting landscape, exceptional client relationship management skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of services and solutions, ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Understand client needs and work proactively to provide solutions.
  • Multi-Account Handling: Efficiently manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritizing and delegating tasks as necessary.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, development, and support, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track account performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop account strategies to meet client goals and drive business growth. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications:
