Overview:

Seeking a Key Account Manager experienced in insurance, health tech, or healthcare sectors to oversee and nurture our top client relationships. This role involves strategic partnership development and retention strategies for key accounts.

Responsibilities:

·        Manage and cultivate strong relationships with top-tier clients.

·        Devise retention strategies and identify growth opportunities within accounts.

·        Serve as a strategic advisor, aligning our services with client needs.

·        Analyze metrics, forecast trends, and report on account performance.

·        Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

·        3-4 minimum years of key account management in insurance, health tech, or healthcare.

·        Proven track record in account growth and meeting sales targets.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
