As a Sr. Sales Executive/ Asst. Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within the media, cinema campaigns, and out-of-home (OOH) media sectors. You will work closely with the sales teams to develop strategies that drive revenue and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development within the media industry and a deep understanding of media planning and buying.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and advertising strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in media and advertising is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
• To grow Business and new client Development
• Identify and prioritize new business opportunities
• To visit and met 5 to 7 clients daily
• To be proactive and systematically upgrade call activities in company clients list
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, agencies, and media partners.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and position our offerings effectively.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
