Job description:
• To manage current contracts in various
• Government Authorities like Western Railway, Central Railway, MCGM, MSRDC,
• BEST, etc.
• Plan liaising work and ensure approvals on a timely basis. Must be well versed with Liasioning with all govt, Semi govt departments.
• Submissions legal documents to Government Authorities & Visiting Government Authorities on a daily basis.
• Taking care of legal formalities and documentation.
• To take permissions and manage relations with the Government Authorities in Mumbai and other cities.
• To follow up on new contracts and bring new projects passed for the Company.
• Drafting letters for various Government Authorities.
• Maintain correspondence to and from various Government Authorities.
• To maintain daily/weekly progressive reports in the office.
• Getting NOC from various places as and when required.
• Onboarding New clients and maintaining good relationships with them for Sales.
• Reporting at the office morning and evening daily to the senior & scheduling meeting accordingly.
• Maintaining Strong team cohesiveness and efforts for sales.
• 2 wheeler is mandatory.
