If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're looking for a Principal Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in empowering and assisting our global system integrator partners and others to thrive in our ecosystem.
Job Description:
- The position involves being a Principal Program Manager who will collaborate closely with Global Support Partner. This team is dedicated to empowering and assisting global system integrator partners and others. The primary objective is to facilitate and strengthen the relationships with these partners, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources for successful collaboration and integration within the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a deep grasp of technology and its applications to effectively support and collaborate with GSI partners.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the GSI landscape, analyzing situations, and providing expert problem-solving insights.
- Display agility and quick thinking, maintaining a strong presence of mind while addressing challenges and making decisions.
- Showcase exceptional presentation skills, tailoring reports and presentations for diverse executive levels.
- Manage and facilitate stakeholder interactions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in roles such as Sales Enablement Leader, Business Alliance Leader, Pre-Sales, or Business Strategist, with a track record of delivering impactful results.
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to interact confidently and persuasively.
- Previous experience in marketing and pre-sales activities will be a strong indicator of suitability.
- Skilled in articulating complex scenarios with authority and expertise during conversations.
- Successful history of presenting Monthly or Quarterly business reviews, including Azure Consumption Rate (ACR) data, in meetings.
- Extensive experience operating at a senior level within the GSI space, showcasing strategic thinking and impactful leadership.
- Experience in budget management, forecasting, and tracking.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to manage and oversee a range of projects, products, and strategic initiatives at an organizational level.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and relationship-building with internal teams and external partners.
