• Identify partnership opportunities and collaborate with various IT firms to fulfill their requirements
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Maintain existing business and establish a long term relationship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1-2 years' prior industry related business development experience and 3-4 years of Recruitment experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
