This is a Dayforce/ Ceridian developer role. (Workday) 

Pay & Time Solutions is responsible for product ownership and oversight of Dayforce Workforce Management. This role provides support, on-going maintenance, and identifies process improvement opportunities to enable functional and organizational objectives. The Analyst fosters a culture of continuous improvement that delivers scalable and repeatable business processes to support the Bridgestone growth strategy.

•    Product ownership and oversight of time and attendance systems (Dayforce) and the delivery of system enhancements, upgrades, updates, and patching

•    Support operational and regulatory requirements through requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and implementation of upgrades, enhancements, and patches

•    Responsible for the integration to and from HR and Payroll applications

•    Manage multiple projects, their associated deliverables, and timelines

•    Provide support for access issues, application errors, and data problems

•    Lead research and testing for new functionality and improved processes

•    Serve as liaison to IT for interfaces to and from Dayforce HCM and Workday including API
