Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager to join our team at our Rajkot location. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.

Qualifications and Skills

• Inventory Management (Mandatory skill). Extensive experience in managing and optimizing inventory levels ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Logistics (Mandatory skill). Solid understanding of logistics processes and systems to ensure seamless operations from warehousing to distribution.
• Warehouse Operations (Mandatory skill). In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations including receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods.
• Team Leadership. Proven leadership skills to manage, mentor and motivate the warehouse team efficiently.
• Supply Chain. Strong grasp of supply chain management principles to maintain a smooth flow of goods and materials.
• Problem Solving. Ability to identify, analyze and resolve operational issues effectively within the warehouse.
• Communication. Excellent communication skills for clear and effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail. High level of attention to detail ensuring all warehouse activities are conducted with precision and accuracy.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations ensuring timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems and practices to ensure stock accuracy and readiness.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation activities to ensure delivery schedules are met while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities to enhance productivity and accountability.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics and warehousing operations into overall business processes.
