Job Overview

We are looking for a Store Incharge to join our team in Bangalore. This is a junior-level, full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, enhance visual merchandising, and ensure excellent customer service, contributing to the overall efficiency and profitability of the store.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize loss.
  • Proficiency in visual merchandising techniques to create appealing and effective store displays.
  • Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding of sales techniques and the ability to drive sales through effective product placement and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and scheduling.
  • In-depth product knowledge to answer customer queries and provide recommendations.
  • Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing and reporting.
  • Awareness of loss prevention practices to protect company assets and reduce shrinkage.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and organize replenishment orders as needed.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance and drive sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries, resolving issues, and building customer loyalty.
  • Train and supervise store staff, including scheduling, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient use of POS systems for sales transactions and reporting.
  • Monitor sales targets and work collaboratively with the team to achieve them.
  • Implement loss prevention measures and maintain a secure and safe store environment.
