Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Rajkot. This is a junior-level, full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and supporting overall financial operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in managing general ledgers (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with Tally ERP (Mandatory skill)
• Knowledge of miracle software (Mandatory skill)
• Strong account management capabilities to maintain and review financial records
• Experience in handling billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing for services
• Familiarity with Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and filing procedures
• Understanding of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) regulations and processes
• Solid understanding of accounting principles

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain general ledger accounts ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Oversee billing processes and ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Handle GST compliance including calculation, filing, and reconciliation
• Administer TDS processes ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met
• Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with all internal control policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making
