Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual for the position of FMCG Sales and Marketing at Vwhat HR Consultancy. This is a full-time, junior-level role requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will join our team at one of our various locations including Rajkot, Indore, Pune, Kachchh, Gandhidham, Jamnagar, or Bhavnagar.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in retail distribution (Mandatory skill)
• Expertise in FMCG sales (Mandatory skill)
• Strong understanding of sales strategy
• Ability to conduct market analysis to identify opportunities
• Experience in brand management and enhancing brand value
• Keen understanding of consumer behavior and trends
• Proficiency in planning and executing promotional campaigns
• Experience with key account management and maintaining top client relationships
