Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Ecommerce Executive to join our team. The Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for managing our online sales and presence. This is a Junior position with 1 to 3 years of experience, and the job location is Rajkot, Gujarat, India. This is a Full-Time role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Ecommerce, Marketing, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Ecommerce or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Ecommerce platforms and tools
• Familiarity with online advertising and marketing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on various online platforms
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute online marketing campaigns
• Handle customer inquiries and provide support
• Manage inventory and ensure timely product availability
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Assist in the development and implementation of Ecommerce strategies
