Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Telecallers to join our team at Volkswagen automark. As a Telecaller, your role will involve making outbound calls to potential customers, providing product information, generating leads, and scheduling appointments. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence customers.
• Good knowledge of the product and services offered.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Fluency in English and local language is required.
