Job Title: IT Recruiter (Business Team - Staff Augmentation)

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced IT Recruiter to join our business team, focusing on staff augmentation for domestic clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring technical profiles, working specifically for external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for staff augmentation projects with domestic clients.

- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles (e.g., software developers, engineers, front end- back end, PHP, AIML etc).

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Vendors.

- Provide regular updates to Vendor on recruitment progress and candidate status.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in IT recruitment, especially in technical profiles.

- Strong understanding of the domestic IT market.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience:

     1+ year in IT Industry.
