Job Overview:

The Business Development Executive (Bidder and Lead Generation) is responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, generating leads, and securing new projects through bidding platforms and Linked in.

This role requires a proactive approach in understanding market trends, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

-Identify potential clients and business opportunities through various channels such as online research, social -media, networking events, and industry publications.

-Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

Bidding:

-Prepare and submit proposals on various online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others.

-Understand client requirements and tailor proposals to meet their needs.

-Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable deals.

Client Relationship Management:

-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

-Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress.

-Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Reporting:

-Prepare regular reports on lead generation, bidding activities, and sales performance.

-Provide insights and recommendations for improving business development processes.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in any.

-Proven experience of 2+ Years in lead generation, bidding, and business development.

-Strong understanding of market trends and industry dynamics.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred qualification:

-Should have 2+ year of experience in the same profile

-Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales target
