This is a full-time, mid-level position focused on driving business growth through lead generation, client relationship management, and effective negotiation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the IT Consulting industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in business development within the IT Consulting industry.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure beneficial agreements and partnerships.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to foster healthy and long-lasting client relationships.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective client interactions.
  • Experience in lead generation, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Experience in bidding processes to effectively win new projects and contracts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.


Roles and Responsibilities
