Job Title: Business Analyst cum Tester

Location: Noida

Responsibilities:

• Create and moderate technical documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), testing templates, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document business processes, and obtain stakeholder acceptance.
• Work closely with the technology team to evaluate solution alternatives and assess their fitment based on business requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the development, testing, and acceptance cycles to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Demonstrate broad knowledge of web technologies, UI/UX principles, databases, and queries to effectively communicate with technical teams.
• Conduct user testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate solutions against specified requirements.
• Identify and escalate issues or risks related to requirements, quality, or timelines to appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
• Assist in troubleshooting and issue resolution during testing and implementation phases.
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis and software testing roles, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong documentation capabilities with experience in creating and moderating technical documentation, including BRD, FRS, BRS, testing templates, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
• Broad knowledge of web technologies, UI/UX principles, databases, and queries.
• Experience in user testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
