Job Role : Associate Recruiter - US Staffing 

Job Location : Coimbatore , India 

Shift : US Shift - 7 PM - 4 AM IST 


Job Summary : 

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The successful candidate will support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in recruitment and gain experience in the staffing industry.


Job Responsibilities :

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.

Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on the job requirements.

Initial Contact: Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and interest in the position.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed and engaged.

Database Management: Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including posting job ads, managing email correspondence, and preparing recruitment reports.

Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and candidate availability.

Onboarding Assistance: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.


Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or BPO (Voice process)related field. 

Internships or prior work experience in US staffing are a plus.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of various IT roles and technologies.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.

Organizational Skills: Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

Proactivity: Proactive and eager to learn with a positive attitude.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
