Virtual Tech Gurus India Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Level Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent for our India operations. This role requires a deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to meet the company’s staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Team Leadership:**
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and maintain a high level of performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members.
2. **Recruitment Strategy:**
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions and levels within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
3. **Candidate Sourcing:**
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
4. **Interviewing and Selection:**
- Oversee the interview process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
5. **Recruitment Metrics:**
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, including metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
6. **Compliance and Process Improvement:**
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
7. **Employer Branding:**
- Promote Virtual Tech Gurus India Pvt Ltd as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives, including social media campaigns and participation in job fairs and industry events.
**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role.
- **Skills:**
- Proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
