Virtual Tech Gurus India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance and Operations Controller to oversee and manage the financial and operational aspects of our India and USA operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in strategic planning, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, ensuring the company’s financial health and operational efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Financial Management:

  - Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting for both India and USA operations.

  - Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.

  - Manage cash flow, financial planning, and analysis to support business growth and sustainability.

  - Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial standards.

 

2. Operational Oversight:

  - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and operational processes.

 

3. Strategic Planning:

  - Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans to drive business growth and operational excellence.

  - Analyze market trends and financial data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

 

4. Team Leadership:

  - Lead and mentor finance and operations teams in India and the USA, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

  - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities for team members.

 

5. Risk Management:

  - Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure business continuity.

  - Implement and maintain internal controls to protect against fraud and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

 

6. Stakeholder Communication:

  - Serve as a key point of contact for financial and operational matters with internal and external stakeholders.

  - Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and the board of directors.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance and operations management, with at least 3 years in a similar role overseeing multi-national operations.


- Skills:

 - Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements in both India and the USA.

 - Proven experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and budgeting.

 - Excellent leadership and team management skills.

 - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 - Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and QuickBooks.

 - Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
