Position: International Voice & Semi voice Process Executive

Voice Salary Structure: 19k - 28k(Take home after the deductions)

Work Location : Uppal

Drive Location : Plot no : 684, Obulreddy Complex, Beside Dhana Laxmi Bank, Vivekananda Nagar Colony, Kukatpally, Hyderabad - 500075.

Work Mode : Work from Office

Experience: 0-5 years

Qualification : PUC / Intermediate/ 10+3 (Diploma) / Graduation

Age Criteria: 18 years to 32 years

Job Requirements:

1. It will be completely night shifts

2. 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday)

3. No Regular Pursing Candidates.

4. Candidates should have 10, 12 board memos mandatorily.

Roles and Responsibilities -

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way  

• Multi-tasking abilities & Patience when handling tough cases

• Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills

• Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred

• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features

• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.

• Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred

• Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.

• Should be open to work in Night shifts / Rotational Shifts.
