Responsible for initiating and completing the on-boarding process as per the compliance norms of vTech, US State and Federal government and vTech’s clients. - Responsible for Analyzing and verifying of all the documents received from prospective employees and identifying the deficiencies if any. - Responsible to Create a positive employee experience. - Responsible for Coordinating with the internal teams to make sure that tasks are brought to logical conclusion in a defined time frame. - Responsible to Contribute to Client Audits, Reports, Data compilation and analytical presentation. - Miscellaneous items-requests from sub-tiers, clients and consultants - Responsible for Communicating with the prospective employees, the framework of policies of vTech and those of US department of law/DHS and other parties that may be involved. - Responsible for resolving billing issues including PO extensions. - Responsible to take care of audits-fixing errors as per the US compliance norms. - Responsible to deal with the workmen compensation department, unemployment department, employment department, child support department, labor department and secretary of state of different state government to resolve employee issue and to register and renew our business in different states.
