Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruitment Manager specializing in US staffing with a focus on healthcare. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring the successful placement of healthcare professionals in various healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and organizational culture to provide customized recruitment solutions.
Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to source and attract candidates.
Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and reference checks to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by networking, attending industry events, and utilizing referral programs.
Negotiate and finalize employment offers, ensuring competitive compensation and benefits packages for candidates.
Foster and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure repeat business and positive candidate experiences.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to healthcare staffing to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Provide regular reports and analysis on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to drive continuous improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Salary: ₹184,433.43 - ₹900,000.00 per year
