Job Description:

VSERV ACADEMY is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Career Counselors. As a Career Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our academy by engaging with leads and data to convert them into enrollments through effective counseling. This position requires individuals who are graduate-level qualified, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong desire to excel and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion: Proactively reach out to leads through calls and other communication channels to provide detailed information about VSERV ACADEMY's courses and programs.

Counseling: Conduct thorough counseling sessions to understand the aspirations, needs, and goals of prospective students, and guide them towards suitable educational programs.

Enrollment Management: Facilitate the enrollment process, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Target Achievement: Work towards and exceed enrollment targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to meet and exceed set KPIs.

Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with prospective students, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

·      Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.

·      Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi / English.

·      Presentation: Must be presentable with a professional demeanor.

·      Sales Acumen: Proven ability to effectively sell and promote educational programs.

·      Target-driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.

·      Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

·      Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
