Job description

• Optimizing Salesforce (Declarative, Apex Coding, VisualForce, Lightning Components) with knowledge of Best Practices understanding on Coding Standards, Deployment, Apex, VF, Salesforce Integration, Security implementations.
• Provide optimal solution design across the salesforce integrated platform; Force.com, Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds, Community, Managed packages, etc.
• Document solution design, process flows, technical objects, release step details (change controls, data migrations, and step by step order of operations) required to enable release changes to production
• Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
• Research and develop new prototypes and applications

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years previous experience with Salesforce within a fast-growing technology company.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification is mandatory
• Experience in Salesforce Lightning component (LWC as well as Aura) development
• Solid understanding of Salesforce development - such as Apex, Javascript, VisualForce, Force.com, Force.com REST and SOAP APIs, SOQL, SOSL, sObjects etc
• Experience integrating with other applications using APIs as well as middlewares.
• Possess a deep understanding of multiple environments, patterns and languages, especially XML, HTML, SQL, JavaScript, JSON, and CSS.
• Hands on using VSCode IDE
• Self-starter able to handle multiple projects at a time, highly proactive and able to follow through.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both sales and technical teams.
