Education - DME / BE

Responsibility-

To carryout Pre-dispatch Inspection report & final stage material and maintain related quality records and inform immediately in case of any non-conformance. To HOD.

Carry out calibration of inspection, measuring and test equipment. Meet the requirements of MSA as applicable

To obtain technical support and co-ordination of SPC and MSA activities for the company

To conduct process capability studies as per plan (Cp, Cpk) and establish control chart to ensure quality.

5. To carry out any other work assigned by In-charge QA

Identify and record NC related to product at all stages of inspection

Identify nonconforming product, prevent unintentional use at receiving inspection.

To carryout product identification, traceability by proper handling and storing of all kinds of material in specific bins / pallets.

Review and report nonconforming product where nonconformity is minor or will not reflect the end product.

Updation & retention of quality records as per list.

Update & submit process measure data every month.

Update data in MMS on regular basis.

To maintain good housekeeping and discipline
