The CNC Machine Shop Incharge is responsible for the overall operation of the CNC machine shop. This includes overseeing the production of parts, scheduling work, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards. The Incharge will also be responsible for the training and development of CNC machinists, as well as the maintenance and upkeep of CNC machines.

Responsibilities-

Oversee the production of parts in the CNC machine shop

Schedule work and ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards

Train and develop CNC machinists

Maintain and upkeep CNC machines

Work with other departments to ensure that the CNC machine shop is meeting the needs of the company

Stay up-to-date on the latest CNC machining technology

Qualifications-

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

5+ years of experience in CNC machining

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
