- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs, contributing to strategic sales planning.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client information, track interactions, and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Participate in cold calling and outreach efforts to establish initial contact with potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Assist in organizing and participating in sales meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
- Support negotiation processes by preparing necessary documentation and engaging in client discussions.
