Job Overview


Join Vrcyn as a Sales Intern in a full-time position designed for freshers. With job locations in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Delhi, and Pune, this role is perfect for candidates with 0 to 1 year of work experience. As a Sales Intern, you'll actively participate in sales activities, gaining hands-on experience in lead generation, negotiation, and cold calling. You'll work closely with the sales team, learning and applying skills in a real-world environment.


Qualifications and Skills


  • A strong ability to generate leads, identify potential clients, and foster relationships to drive business growth. Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in negotiation techniques to effectively communicate and reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
  • Excellent cold calling skills (Mandatory skill) to initiate contact and build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze sales data, track performance, and generate reports for actionable insights.
  • Client relationship management skills to nurture and maintain long-term business partnerships with clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written, to convey ideas effectively and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced sales team environment to achieve targets.
  • Must have skills include lead generation, negotiation, and cold calling, which are essential for success in this role.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Participate in lead generation activities to identify and qualify potential clients for Vrcyn's services.
  • Engage in cold calling to initiate contact and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials to attract clientele.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that can be capitalized on in the sales process.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the sales process, such as data entry and maintaining client records.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop skills required for career advancement within the company.
