Our Pathway to Success (PTS) Program is Vrcyn’s flagship initiative aimed at empowering individuals to excel in their careers. Through expert training, industry-recognized certifications, and comprehensive job placement support, PTS bridges skill gaps and prepares participants for workforce demands. This program enhances marketability and employability, positioning participants for long-term career success in an increasingly competitive job market.


Role Description:


We are seeking highly motivated and goal-oriented Full-Time Sales Interns to join our team. In this role, you will play a major part in promoting and selling Vrcyn’s Pathway to Success (PTS) Program to prospective clients, including educational institutions, corporate partners, and individual customers. You will work closely with our sales team, learning valuable sales techniques, building strong client relationships, and contributing directly to the growth of our PTS program and other business solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Promote and Sell the Pathway to Success Program: Actively promote, explain, and sell Vrcyn’s PTS program to potential clients, including students, academic institutions, and corporate partners.



2. Client Outreach: Assist the sales team in identifying, reaching out to, and following up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.



3. Sales Presentations and Pitches: Create and deliver compelling presentations to highlight the benefits and career advancement opportunities within the PTS program.



4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on long-term engagement and satisfaction with Vrcyn’s services.



5. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for the PTS program, contributing to Vrcyn’s revenue growth and brand expansion.



6. Feedback and Reporting: Provide insights and feedback on client needs, trends, and challenges to improve sales strategies and client experience.



Qualifications:


Recent graduate or final-year student in any field (business, marketing, or a related field is a plus).


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Goal-driven, with a desire to learn and grow in a sales role.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Previous experience in sales, marketing, or client engagement is a plus.
