This full-time position is based in the bustling regions of Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi, and East Delhi. We are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales, particularly within the B2B sector, with a strong focus on cultivating customer relationships in a healthcare setting.


Qualifications and Skills

  • B2B Sales (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in business-to-business sales, crucial for driving successful transactions and partnerships.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Skilled in maintaining and developing long-term relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and retention.
  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Understanding the healthcare landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to hospital stakeholders.
  • Medical Device Sales: Experience in selling medical devices to hospital clients, emphasizing product benefits and quality.
  • Negotiation: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with hospital procurement teams to close deals effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product offerings and build rapport with clients.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals with hospital procurement departments, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product and marketing, to align sales strategies with company objectives and client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities to drive sales growth and innovation.
  • Report regularly to the sales manager on progress, challenges, and strategic adjustments to meet sales targets.
