We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive for Inside Hospital Sales to join our team at Vrcyn. This full-time position is based in the bustling regions of Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi, and East Delhi. We are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales, particularly within the B2B sector, with a strong focus on cultivating customer relationships in a healthcare setting.
Qualifications and Skills
- B2B Sales (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in business-to-business sales, crucial for driving successful transactions and partnerships.
- Customer Relationship Management: Skilled in maintaining and developing long-term relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and retention.
- Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Understanding the healthcare landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to hospital stakeholders.
- Medical Device Sales: Experience in selling medical devices to hospital clients, emphasizing product benefits and quality.
- Negotiation: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with hospital procurement teams to close deals effectively.

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to hospital staff, highlighting the benefits and features of our technology solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with hospital procurement departments, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product and marketing, to align sales strategies with company objectives and client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
