Job Overview
Vrcyn is seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Fresher for a Full-Time position to join our expanding team across multiple locations, including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Aligarh, Ayodhya, Delhi, Mahabaleshwar, and Noida. This entry-level role requires 0 to 1 year of work experience and involves driving business growth through lead generation, negotiation, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in lead generation and the ability to identify and qualify new business opportunities (Mandatory skill).
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals and ensure mutually beneficial agreements (Mandatory skill).
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills to maintain and grow client accounts (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with CRM Software such as Salesforce is highly beneficial for managing customer interactions efficiently.

- Familiarity with salesforce automation tools to streamline sales processes and increase efficiency.
- Competence in account management to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
