Job Overview
Vrcyn is seeking a passionate and motivated Human Resources intern to join our team. This part-time, remote position is based in Jaipur and is perfect for a fresher with 0 to 1 years of experience. Qualifications and Skills
- Outstanding communication skills (Mandatory skill) are crucial for maintaining effective workplace relationships and handling employee concerns proficiently.
- Experience or knowledge in recruitment processes is required to identify and attract potential candidates fulfilling organizational needs.
- Understanding of employee relations strategies to ensure positive workplace environment and effectively address any workplace disputes.
- Basic understanding of performance management techniques required to assist in monitoring employee performance and addressing improvement areas.
- Knowledge in training and development strategies to help design and implement employee growth programs suited to company needs.
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits principles to aid in structuring employee compensation packages appropriately.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different departments to implement HR initiatives effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills for effectively addressing HR-related issues that may arise in the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process through job posting and resume screening to identify suitable candidates.
- Support employee onboarding process ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.
- Facilitate employee relations through effective communication and resolving workplace conflicts timely.
- Contribute to performance management by assisting in evaluations and maintaining precise recordkeeping.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to aid in skill enhancement and employee grofghjmsation and benefits programs ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement new policies and procedures improving organizational operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection of all employee records and sensitive HR information.
