Job Description 📋
As a Sales Executive for Vrcyn’s Pathway to Success (PTS) Program, you will play a key role in driving sales by promoting our training and certification programs to individuals, educational institutions, and corporate clients. You will connect people with resources to develop their skills and secure job placements, while building strong relationships within the education and corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities 📌
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to promote the Pathway to Success (PTS) program to individuals, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
- Identify and engage potential clients who can benefit from PTS, including job seekers, professionals looking to upskill, and organizations seeking employee development programs.
- Present the value of Vrcyn’s PTS program, highlighting expert training, industry-valued certifications, and job placement support.
- Understand the challenges facing job seekers and employers and tailor solutions to bridge skill gaps and improve employability.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the PTS program team to ensure seamless delivery of services, including training and job placement support.
- Track and report on sales metrics, client engagement, and market feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in skill development and career growth.
Key Qualifications 🏆
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education, training, or professional development sectors.
- Strong understanding of the job market, skill development needs, and certification programs that enhance employability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Working Hours ⏰
- Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Six days a week

Salary 💼
- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, including target-based incentives.
