4.    Reviewing performance: Sales executives review their sales performance.

5.    Researching: Sales executives research business opportunities, the market, and companies they may work with.

6.    Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and lead a high-performing team of sales representatives.

7.    Providing customer support: Sales executives provide customer support as needed.

8.    Following up: Sales executives follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.


Requirement:

 

·       Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success.

 

·       Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

 

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

·       Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.

 

·       Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
