Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
2. Candidate Screening:
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability and interest.
- Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews.
3. Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
4.Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics and hiring needs.
- Provide guidance and support in the selection process.
5. Job Offer and Onboarding:
- Extend job offers to successful candidates.
- Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
6. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and report key recruitment metrics.
- Provide regular updates to management on recruitment activities and progress.
7. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with current recruitment trends and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
