Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Operations Executive to join our team in Gurgaon, responsible for managing day-to-day operations in our fast-paced environment. Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in customer service, demonstrating the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in vendor management to build and maintain strong supplier relationships (Mandatory skill).
• Sound knowledge of e-commerce operations, enabling seamless management of online shopping platforms (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with courier services, ensuring timely and secure delivery of products to customers.
• Ability to convincingly communicate with different stakeholders to create consensus and drive positive outcomes.
• Familiarity with sales processes to support business growth and achieve company objectives.
