Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Team Lead to join our team at VOX Building products material pvt ltd. As the Customer Care Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery, and driving customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, with a salary range commensurate with experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in customer service or related field
• Proven track record of successfully leading a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports
• Customer-focused mindset and a passion for providing exceptional service
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives
