We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive Inbound & Outbound with Data Management. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and managing customer data.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2 to 6 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in Ms-Excel, data entry and management
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from customers
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving customer issues
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer data into the system
• Update customer records with relevant information
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions
• Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality and customer satisfaction metrics
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer care initiatives.
