Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to service and manage our existing client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The primary role will involve daily client meetings, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Daily Client Meetings: Conduct daily meetings with clients to discuss project progress, address concerns, and identify new business opportunities.
3. Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
4. New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients, increasing revenue and growth.
5. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and digital marketing, to ensure seamless project delivery.
6. Client Feedback and Insights: Gather client feedback and insights, using this information to improve our services and drive business growth.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 1-5 years of experience in key account management, client servicing, or a related field.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Skills:
1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
2. Strong client relationship management and project management skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
4. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the digital marketing industry, including creative, content, and digital marketing services.
