Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Cold Calling Expert to join our team at Volt Money. As a Cold Calling Expert, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and qualifying leads through cold calling. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and is suitable for candidates with fresher experience.

• We need people who can speak in regional languages like Marati, Gujrati , Tamil or Telugu

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads list
• Introduce the company's products and services to potential customers
• Conduct initial qualification of leads and determine their interest level
• Answer questions and provide information about the company and its offerings
• Set appointments for sales representatives to meet with interested customers
• Record and update customer information in the system
• Achieve or exceed daily and monthly call and appointment targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the cold calling process
