Key Responsibilities:


1. Talent Management: Develop and implement talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to support business growth.

2. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.

3. HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, on boarding, employee data management, and HR analytics.

4. Learning and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employees' insurance knowledge and sales skills.

5.. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

6. Business Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand business needs and develop HR solutions to support business objectives.

7. Change Management: Drive cultural transformation and change management initiatives to support business growth and innovation.


Requirements:

1. Education: Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 8-12 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the life insurance industry.

3. Certifications: SHRM, PHR, or GPHR certification preferred.

4. Skills: Strategic thinking, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

5. Knowledge: Life insurance industry knowledge, labour laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
