Requirements:
1. Education: Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 8-12 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the life insurance industry.
3. Certifications: SHRM, PHR, or GPHR certification preferred.
4. Skills: Strategic thinking, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
5. Knowledge: Life insurance industry knowledge, labour laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
